Dr. Mueller travels to Thailand for 10 days to volunteer with the Soi Dog Foundation, a not-for-profit, legally registered charitable organization in Thailand, the United States, Australia, the UK, France and Holland. The Soi Dog Foundation's spay/neuter program has greatly helped the street dog overpopulation crisis in Phuket, and new clinics in the Bangkok area are beginning to have a significant impact there as well.  Their ongoing fight against the illegal dog meat trade is helping Thailand's pet dogs be safer from the danger of theft for sale and slaughter in neighboring countries.
